He’s coming out big, MUTV pundit blown away by Manchester United teenager, says he’s Nothing but special quality

Manchester United is proud of its history of giving young players chances, and this trend will continue.

Fans praised Ethan Wheatley after he scored two goals that won the under-18s Premier League Cup final.

This season, at the youth level, he has scored 20 goals and set up five others. As the season has gone on, he has become more confident.

It was only okay for him to play for 45 minutes because Erik ten Hag was thinking about using him with the first team against Sheffield United. Last night, he made his start after coming on as a substitute.

People really like Ethan Wheatley

People talked about Ethan Wheatley before the game at Old Trafford because he might make his start.

Danny Simpson, a member of Manchester United’s youth school, has spent time with Wheatley’s under-18s group and has good things to say about him.

“Look at the size of him, he’s got everything,” Simpson told MUTV before the game. I’m aware of what he can do.

“He’s a big guy who can finish well, and he’s also a nice kid.” “I like that he’s a little sassy.”

Simpson also said Wheatley still has a lot to learn, but his great goal to open the scoring against City in the cup final shows he is getting better.

Also, Phil Bardsley was pleased. He told MUTV that the Premier League Cup match was the first time he had seen the young scorer in real life.

Bardsley said, “The movement, the first touch, and the calmness to finish were all sensational.” His record for getting goals is amazing.

“It was the first time I saw him up close. A centre forward should be big, and he looks like he could handle himself.”

Bardley also said after the game, “I was thrilled to see Wheatley make his debut tonight because he is a great player.”

Ethan Wheatley likes his first movie

The first time Ethan Wheatley played for Manchester United, against Sheffield United, he did a great job.

Wheatley, who is 18 years old, came on to replace Rasmus Hojlund in the 90th minute and played for nine minutes of extra time.

It wasn’t scary for him to move around, and he even gave away two fouls. He worked hard to get into space without the ball, but he never got a chance to score.

United needs young players, so this is just the beginning for Wheatley. Anthony Martial should not get another chance, but we would much rather see him get chances.
