Massive problem: Pundit tells Sir Jim Ratcliffe to get rid of slow Manchester United midfielder after woeful display

The player that Tony Cascarnino says Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the new partial owner of Manchester United, should sell this summer is named by the TalkSPORT host.

This is not a good season for Manchester United. They will not finish in the top four of the Premier League.

Erik ten Hag’s team played in the UEFA Champions League group stage this season, but they might not even make it to the European playoffs.

Casemiro is one of the stars who hasn’t done well for United this season.

It is said that Casemiro was one of the best defensive midfielders in the world while he played for Real Madrid, if not the best.

The Brazil international player, who makes £350,000 a week (Spotrac), had a good first season at Old Trafford in 2022–23, but he hasn’t been as good this season and had a tough game against Liverpool last weekend. He is getting worse.

The Brazilian star has also had trouble with injuries. He has scored five goals and set up three others in 25 games across all competitions for United this season.

Tony Cascarino, a former striker for Chelsea, doesn’t like Casemiro at all. The talkSPORT host has asked United part owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe to get rid of the defensive midfielder this summer.

United was told to get rid of Casemiro during the summer transfer window.
“Casemiro is a huge problem for me,” Cascarino said about Casemiro on talkSPORT. He played against Liverpool, and I saw him. He was the main reason Liverpool kept getting past United, mainly in the first half.

“He was never the fastest; he just didn’t have the speed. But, boy, he has a parachute on now: he’s lost a yard-a yard he never really had because he was never quick.” The guy was a great player. United needs to get rid of guys like that.

Manchester United needs to get rid of Casemiro.

I think Manchester United should get rid of Casemiro this summer and get a younger, more active defensive player instead.

Casemiro is 32 years old and no longer at his best. He was at his best at Real Madrid, not at United.

It might be hard for United to find a team that wants to sign Casemiro and is willing to pay him a lot of money.
